Production Flow:

Raw Material Receiving
Fresh seafood is received daily from licensed fishing vessels and certified farms. All raw materials enter through a designated receiving area.

Quality Inspection
Each batch is inspected by experienced quality control staff to ensure freshness, size conformity, and compliance with processing standards.

Cleaning & Washing
Approved raw materials are thoroughly cleaned using hygienic washing systems to remove impurities.

Cutting, Peeling & Processing
Seafood is processed according to product type and customer requirements, including cutting, slicing, peeling, and trimming.

Size Grading
Products are sorted and graded based on size and weight specifications to meet buyer standards.

Packaging
Seafood products are packed using food-grade packaging materials under hygienic conditions.

Blast Freezing (–40°C)
Products undergo blast freezing at –40°C to rapidly preserve freshness, texture, and nutritional value.

Labeling & Cold Storage
After freezing, products are labeled with production date, expiry date, and batch details. Finished goods are stored in cold storage at –18°C to –22°C.
